Shivonne Logan is Chief of Staff at Red Sea Futures, where she leads the firm's humanitarian and multilateral practice and its work with institutional clients. She began her career at Palladium International and went on to hold MENA regional roles with Relief International, iMMAP, and Integrity Global, covering analysis, performance and program management, and strategy for programs operating in conflict-affected environments. She has evaluated and advised on the implementation of large-scale, donor-funded projects in Iraq, Syria, Jordan, and the wider region, on social cohesion, migration, infrastructure, and healthcare. She is based in Amman and speaks Arabic.
Shivonne holds an MPP from Yale's Jackson School of Global Affairs, where she focused on MENA geopolitics and stabilization, and a BA in International Relations with a minor in Arabic from Stanford University, where she earned interdisciplinary honors from the Center on Democracy, Development, and the Rule of Law.
