Steve Rotkoff, former director of the U.S. Army's University of Foreign Military and Cultural Studies ("Red Team University"), and Whitney Hischier, lecturer at UC Berkeley Haas School of Business. Rotkoff was the principal architect of the Army's red team training program and authored the Applied Critical Thinking Handbook, the industry standard for red teaming. A co-founder of Social Value International's U.S. chapter, SVT brings rigorous impact accounting frameworks to development finance, infrastructure investment, and sustainability strategy — ensuring that projects can quantify and communicate the value they create for affected communities.
