Whitney Hischier

Whitney Hischier brings extensive business consulting experience to scenario planning and red teaming. She teaches red teaming alongside Steve Rotkoff to MBA students at UC Berkeley and master's students at Tufts Fletcher School. Previously, she served as Assistant Dean for Executive Education at UC Berkeley, growing the business 10x over nearly a decade. Her consulting background includes senior roles at Deloitte (healthcare), KPMG (UK technology implementation), and ABN Amro Bank across Europe. Her red teaming and scenario planning work spans healthcare, defense, government, and energy—including pandemic preparedness for Middle Eastern governments, stakeholder management for a European National Oil Company, and economic diversification for Panamanian government officials. Hischier holds a B.A. in International Relations (Security and Arms Control) from Stanford, an MBA with Healthcare Management certificate from UC Berkeley, and is completing an MSc in One Health from the University of Edinburgh.
